MINIMUM ORDER
Please note that wholesale orders have a minimum of $200.00. For orders below the minimum, we charge a $20 administrative charge to cover our internal processing costs.
SHIPPING
We generally ship within one business day. Larger wholesale orders can take a little longer due to processing depending on the size of the order and availability. Please let us know if you have specific target delivery dates and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ship from Lawrence Pennsylvania, which is just a little south of Pittsburgh. This is in Pennsylvania in the Northeastern part of the United States. We ship to the USA and most countries. Shipping charges are determined once your order is packed and ready to ship. We will reach out to you to advise and confirm shipping charges.
For domestic shipments, we generally ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
For international shipments, we recommend using UPS for a more reliable, trackable delivery. If you prefer for us to ship via the postal service, the customer must assume responsibility for lost or delayed shipments.
If you are local, you may pick up your order at our warehouse in Lawrence, PA. Please contact us to make an appointment.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). We also accept PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer.
RETURNS
On wholesale orders we do not accept general returns unless there is a problem with the product. If any products are damaged or defective, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order, and we will issue a refund or credit. Please refer to the contact page for contact details.
