We ship from Lawrence, PA 15055, to the USA, Canada, and many other countries. We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. If you have selected a premium shipping option and your order was placed before 1:00 PM Eastern that day, we will process and ship your order that same day. If you have a specific rush deadline for when you need your order, please contact us and confirm the shipping service you selected.
Please note: If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, your order will ship the next business day.
Our shipping charges are set at flat rates. This means you pay a single rate per order regardless of what you order. We use a variety of shipping carriers, primarily USPS and UPS, and we offer several shipping speeds for your orders. If your shipping address is limited to a specific carrier, for example, a PO Box, please leave a note in the notes section of the order.
