We generally ship with 3 business days. Please let us know if you need an order to be shipped right away and we will do our best to expedite the order.

We ship from Lawrence Pennsylvania, which is just a little south of Pittsburgh. We are in Southwestern Pennsylvania in the Northeastern part of the United States.

Our minimum order is $200.00.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). We also accept PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer.

Shipping is based on the size and weight of the box(es) and where the order is shipping. We always ship the cheapest way possible and shipping is determined once the order is packed and we have the dims and weights. We would be happy to give you a shipping estimate prior to shipping your order.

We do our best to keep on stock on the items we sell. In the event something is not available when your order ships, we can place it on backorder. We will contact you once the item(s) are back in stock to see if you would still like us to ship the item and if there is anything you would like to add. If you prefer not to backorder just let us know and we will ship and cancel. We can also suggest substitutions if you would like.

We will credit any defective merchandise or send a replacement. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us at info@wexpress.com to report and damages or defects.

We generally ship via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico – Priority Mail (customer must assume responsibility for lost or delayed shipments).

You may pick up your order at our warehouse in Lawrence, PA. Please let us know when you are coming.
