WHOLESALE SHIPPING
Our products ship from Lawrence, PA 15055. Please allow 1-2 for processing and packing orders. Larger order may take longer processing times, depending on volume. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of shipment as explained further below. If you wish to make pickup arrangements from our warehouse in Lawrence, PA, please contact us to schedule a pickup appointment.
For wholesale orders, shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the box(es) and where the order is shipping. We always ship the least costly way possible, and shipping is determined once the order is packed and we have the dims and weights. At the time of shipment we would be happy to give you a shipping estimate prior to shipping your order.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and a variety of freight providers for larger orders. We also offer several shipping solutions for international orders. Expedited shipping is always available upon request. If you have any special shipping requirements and accommodations, please contact us prior to placing an order.
WHOLESALE RETURNS
For wholesale, we do not accept returns unless merchandise is damaged or defective. To return damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us for an RMA before returning. Please make sure to include pictures of damages or defects within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA.
