Shipping & Returns


For wholesale, we ship via USPS, UPS, and a variety of freight providers for larger orders. We also offer several shipping solutions for international orders. If you have any special shipping requirements and accommodations, please contact us prior to placing an order. Our products ship from Lawrence, PA 15055. Please allow 1-2 for processing and packing orders. Larger order may take longer processing times, depending on volume. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of shipment. If you wish to make pickup arrangements from our warehouse in Lawrence, PA, please contact us to schedule a pickup appointment. 

Retail orders are shipped via USPS and we are shipping within 1 business day. 



For wholesale, we do not accept returns unless merchandise is damaged or defective. To return damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us for an RMA before returning. Please make sure to include pictures of damages or defects within 7 days of receipt of merchandise0. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA. 

Retail Ordersif you're not satisfied with your order, we'd be happy to refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and merchandise must be in the new condition.
