HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE - IT’S EASY!

We want you to be happy! Assuming your products are unused and in their original condition, we are glad to make an exchange or issue a refund within 30 days of receipt.

All sales from our Clearance category are final and are not eligible for returns. 

Simply package the products up and ship them back the address below:

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Items must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging.
  • Include clear instructions on how you would like to proceed.
  • Please include a copy of the packing slip or clear contact information.  This will include your name and phone number. This will help us find your order and issue a refund most efficiently.
  • If it’s been more than 30 days since receipt, we reserve the right to refuse returns or accept it with a 25% restocking fee.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

- We will not issue refunds for damaged or used products that are returned to us.
- Shipping/Handling costs are not refunded if the order was processed and shipped to you unless the return was a result of the store's mistake.
