HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE - IT’S EASY!
We want you to be happy! Assuming your products are unused and in their original condition, we are glad to make an exchange or issue a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Simply package the products up and ship them back the address below:

PLEASE NOTE:
- Items must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging.
- Include clear instructions on how you would like to proceed.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip or clear contact information. This will include your name and phone number. This will help us find your order and issue a refund most efficiently.
- If it’s been more than 30 days since receipt, we reserve the right to refuse returns or accept it with a 25% restocking fee.
EXCEPTIONS:
- We will not issue refunds for damaged or used products that are returned to us.
- Shipping/Handling costs are not refunded if the order was processed and shipped to you unless the return was a result of the store's mistake.
