Wholesale Application

If you have a store and/or resell and you are interested in opening a wholesale account, please fill out the application below. Please note that a Tax ID # is required. 

Upon approval, you will be given access to wholesale pricing when you login to the site. Our minimum order is $200.00 per order. However, if your order is under the minimum there is a $20.00 administration fee that will be added. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for your application to be reviewed and processed.
